Launching a new marshmallow jigger In April 2018, a new marshmaller-jigging machine IntelleMix was launched at the Vologda Confectionery Factory.

* Bank of programs with convenient multi-colored labels in the form of products.
* Reverse movement of the tray at the end of jigging allows servicing the machine to one operator
* All parts of the structures in contact with food material are made of stainless
steel, jigging heads of bronze.

A distinctive feature of the line is an innovative control system, which ensures high accuracy of execution of the technological chain of operations at all stages. This line is designed to produce a wide range of marshmallows, which will make new forms of marshmallow, new taste qualities of these products. A high degree of automation allows you to prevent products that do not meet the requirements of regulatory documentation.

Upgrading equipment is a requirement of time, it is considered at the factory. For the quality of "sweet" products, the Vologda Confectionery Factory was repeatedly awarded gold and silver medals of the largest international exhibitions. For more than 7 years, she has been a member of the “True Vologda Product” voluntary certification system. In 2015, the company successfully passed the certification and implemented the food safety management system ISO 22000: 2005

The future plans of the company include the development of healthy food groups and the expansion of production capacity.
