Marshmallows, glazed confectionery glaze round shape. Produced from shot down on a protein mass with addition of Apple puree, with a stuffing of pureed cranberries. Mashed berries, which are part of the filling, have a huge amount of vitamins (C, K, A, many of the group B). The berries are high in potassium. Rich in cranberries and other macronutrients (calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium). Also in its composition there is iron, iodine, manganese and copper.
